Remember Tokyo Chronos, the mystery adventure visual novel made for VR headsets? During Tokyo Game Show 2019, a sequel tentatively titled Project Megalith was announced. Few details have been revealed for the game. It was confirmed that Haruki Kashiwakura will return as a director, Kento Kishigami will be its producer, and LAM will be the character designer. We also know that the game will take place in the same world as Tokyo Chronos, only set several hundreds of years after the events of the previous installment. Developer MyDearest will fully revealing it during an online media event that will take place on 7am/8pm JST on July 22, 2020. We also got a clearer look at the key art for Altdeus, which was also first shown off in 2019. When zoomed out, the art shows off a man walking on ruins.

Back in November 2019, a teaser trailer was also released for the game. You can watch it below, in case you haven’t seen it already:

For now, you can visit the game’s teaser website, which is available in English and Japanese. Altdeus: Beyond Chronos is currently in development.
