Haru Okumura from Persona 5 Royal is getting a new figure by Amakuni based on her All-Out Attack Finishing Touch appearance. Pre-orders for the new Haru Okumura figure started in Japan today, August 25, 2020. [Thanks, 4Gamer.]
The Haru Okumura figure from Amakuni is based on the cutscene from her All-Out Attack Finishing Touch. It comes with a table, teapot, weapon, and other accessories.
The mask is removable and Haru comes with two face plates with different smiles.

The 1/7 scale PVC figure measures 23 cm (with hat included).
The Persona 5 Royal Haru Okumura Phantom Thief Ver. figure by Amakuni is now available at various retailers in Japan for 19,580 yen. Pre-orders will be available from August 25, 2020 to October 13, 2020. It is currently available to pre-order at the Hobby Japan Online Shop.
There isn’t an exact release date for the Haru figure, but it is expected to ship out sometime around March to April 2021.
The manufacturer, Kotobukiya, will also release a Persona 5 Royal Kasumi Yoshizawa figure this November in Japan. While the pre-orders ended for it last month, you can check out images of the figure in our previous report.
Persona 5 Royal is available for the PlayStation 4.
