Fight of Animals: Arena’s Meme Animal Fights Begin on PCs

Fight of Animals: Arena is here, with its rollback netcode and animal meme-inspired roster. The game made its Steam debut on December 17, 2020 for $12.99. However, the launch discount does drop the price down to $11.69 until December 23, 2020.

While the original Fight of Animals was a typical 2.5D fighting game, Fight of Animals: Arena is inspired by fighters like Super Smash Bros. Up to four people are in a match at once, fighting in arenas filled with platforms. Items can be grabbed and used to help yourself or hurt your opponents. Also like Super Smash Bros, it uses only four action buttons. X is used to attack and pick up items, Y is for skills and throws, B is for dashing and backing out of selections, and A is for jumping and confirming selections.

As a reminder, Digital Crafter also hinted at things that could eventually come to the game. When it revealed the new playable character, Kung Fu Dachshund, it also said Complete Christmas Costumes would be shared for players to apply to fighters in-game.

Fight of Animals: Arena is available for PCs worldwide via Steam. A standard edition and digital collector’s edition with its soundtrack are available. The original Fight of Animals is available on the Nintendo Switch and PCs, with a solo version available on Android and Apple iOS devices.
