Resident Evil Village Puppet Show

Resident Evil Village April Fool’s Announcements Include Puppet Show

The official Resident Evil Japanese Twitter account is engaging in April Fool’s festivities and has announced an upcoming Resident Evil Village puppet show to mark the occasion. The puppet show received its own unique webpage, featuring artwork of Lady Dimitrescu and the mysterious man in the hat. Additionally, Capcom has announced that a special song will also coincide with this release. Readers are suggested to take this information with a grain of salt.

The website for both the Resident Evil Village puppet show, and the upcoming track featuring Ethan Winters, are both labeled for domestic release. This indicates that they will more than likely release “in-universe” due to this being an April Fool’s related announcement. If either of these announcements come to fruition, it has yet to be seen.

However, in actual Resident Evil Village related announcements, Capcom recently shared the specifications required to play the game on PC. This includes both the minimum requirements and what consumers need to expect out of their PC in order to access features such as ray tracing. Additionally, an upcoming Resident Evil Village original soundtrack is set to release. This soundtrack will feature the title song for the upcoming game.

Resident Evil Village releases for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC on May 7, 2021.
