Fate Grand Order Olympus

Fate/Grand Order Olympus Lostbelt Launches March 2022

As Fate franchise fans recovered from Type-Moon’s New Year announcements, Aniplex teased the next major development for the English edition of Fate/Grand Order, which is Olympus Lostbelt. The next Cosmos in the Lostbelt story chapter will go live in March 2022, roughly four months after Lostbelt No. 5, Ancient Ocean of the Dreadnought Gods, Atlantis – The Day to Bring Down Gods (or just “Atlantis”) debuted.

The reason for teasing the story for Fate/Grand Order is pretty simple. Atlantis is only the first part of the story. Unlike previous chapters, which were fairly self-contained, Lostbelt No. 5 is a two-part story. In it, players will confront the gods of the Atlantic Lostbelt in their home, which is atop Mount Olympus itself. The chapter’s formal title is Lostbelt No.5: Interstellar Mountainous City, Olympus – The Day to Bring Down Gods.

Here’s a trailer from the Japanese edition of Fate/Grand Order, released during Olympus original 2020 debut.

Please note that the visuals contain spoilers for parts of the Atlantis chapter.

If March 2022 seems like a long way off, Fate/Grand Order has events scheduled prior to the opening of Olympus. On January 2, 2022, there will be a rerun of the 2021 New Year’s Event Sparrow’s Inn Daily Report. Players will have a chance to gain additional rewards and roll for the limited Servant Beni-enma.

Though still unannounced at this time, a look at the Japanese event calendar also places a 2022 New Year’s Event and Valentine’s Day event in the runup to the release of Olympus. Fate/Grand Order players will have plenty to keep them busy through March 2022.

Fate/Grand Order is immediately available on Android and iOS.
