Assassin’s Creed III is the fastest-selling game in Ubisoft’s history, the publisher announced this morning. A month after its release, Assassin’s Creed III has crossed the 7 million mark in worldwide sales.

Ubisoft provided a few amusing numbers related to the game:

82 centuries of gaming time across all Assassin’s Creed III players
3 billion single-player assassinations committed to date
250 million assassinations over 5 billion multiplayer sessions

As previously reported, Ubisoft have plans to grow the Assassin’s Creed franchise further. They’re currently collaborating with the New Regency production company to develop an Assassin’s Creed movie starring Michael Fassbender.
