An art book for Atelier Ryza 3 will appear in bookstores in Japan from May 12, 2023. It’ll cost 3,300 JPY, which is around $24.55. Aside from concept art of the characters, items, and backgrounds, there will be an interview from the development team and artist Toridamono. [Thanks, Game Watch!]

Toridamono is the character designer for the Atelier Ryza series. Aside from working on Atelier Ryza, they also designed Huyan Zhuo (Assassin of Mt. Liang) in Fate/Grand Order. The interview with Toridamono and the development team will also cover the entire series, and not just the third game.

Aside from art and sketches from the game’s development, the book will also contain special illustrations. Some will be ones drawn specifically for the art book, whereas others will be ones that Koei Tecmo used in magazines and store bonuses.

Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key is the direct sequel to Atelier 2 and serves as the third and final game in Ryza’s trilogy. In it, Ryza and her friends go on an adventure to investigate some mysterious islands appearing around the world. The game came out in late March 2023 worldwide for the PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, and Windows PC.

The Atelier Ryza 3 art book will be available for purchase from (online and offline) bookstores in Japan from May 12, 2023.
