Bandai Namco announced that the intense fishing series Bakutsuri Bar Hunter is getting a new Nintendo Switch game called Bakutsuri Hunters that comes with a “Giga Rod” Joy-Con fishing reel and “Giga Lures.”

Similar to the 3DS game that released last year, the game comes with a fishing reel attachment.

This time it is a “Bakutsuri Giga Rod” Joy-Con which you’ll use for some gyro fishing action.

In Story Mode you’ll go through an adventure with companions. You can also get new fishing areas using Wi-Fi.

A set including the Giga Rod and Reel plus the downloadable Bakutsuri Hunters game will be available for 4,800 yen plus tax. Those using a Nintendo Switch Lite will need to use a separate Joy-Con to play the game.

The Giga Lure are available for 450 yen plus tax each. They basically come with codes for you to get the lures in-game.

Lastly, the Bakutsuri Giga Rod DX Set featuring the Giga Rod, the four Giga Lures, and Fishing Spot Cards will be available for 6,300 yen plus tax.

Bakutsuri Hunters releases for Nintendo Switch in Japan on December 7, 2019.
