Balan Wonderworld, the upcoming game from Sonic veterans Yuji Naka and Naoto Ohshima, is headed for release worldwide on March 26, 2021. As part of Nintendo’s September 17, 2020 Partner Showcase, the new gameplay clips showed off a co-op mode, as well as new abilities and controls.
In Balan Wonderworld, you’ll play as two kids, Leo and Emma. The game’s 12 “dreamlike” stages include an ocean stage and a wind stage, and there are over 80 costumes to wear with varying abilities. The co-op mode allows players to combine players’ powers and complete stages more easily.
