Capcom have Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 slated for a February release on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. PlayStation Network gets it on Feb 1st for $14.99, and Xbox Live Arcade a day later on Feb 2nd at 1,200 Microsoft points (the same price).

Rearmed 2 is being developed by Fatshark, a studio consisting of a selection of former GRIN employees. GRIN were the developer of the original Bionic Commando Rearmed, as well as the 3D Bionic Commando third-person shooter.

For Rearmed 2, Fatshark have added the ability to jump, which was omitted from the original game. Making its return for the sequel is cooperative multiplayer; however it is still restricted to being played locally and not online.
