Capcom Plan To Purchase Dead Rising 2 Developer, Blue Castle Games

Capcom must be very pleased with their ongoing relationship with Burnaby, Canada-based developer, Blue Castle Games, charged with the development of Dead Rising 2.

At the Tokyo Game Show, Capcom announced plans to acquire the developer and rebrand them “Capcom Games Vancouver.” This information comes via Capcom’s community blog:

“Straight from TGS comes the news that Capcom has plans to purchase Dead Rising 2 developer Blue Castle Games. The studio will be known as Capcom Games Vancouver and will work closely with Capcom on the development of future games.”
