Chronicling Dungeon Maker 2’s journey to North America

Dungeon Maker: Hunting Ground was a sweet, little hack and slash dungeon crawler Xseed localized for the PSP last year. The twist was players got to create their own dungeons instead of exploring random levels. I asked Xseed if they picked up the sequel Global A released in Japan last year. They didn’t, but other publishers are picking up Global A’s games.

Atlus has Master of the Monster Lair which is really Dungeon Maker DS. It looks like UFO Interactive got the rights to Chronicle of Dungeon Maker 2. Gamefly has a listing with the sequel to Dungeon Maker: Hunting Ground which is simply called Dungeon Maker 2 in Gamefly’s database. While this isn’t official confirmation that Global A’s game is about to be published some kind of make your own dungeon game is coming to the PSP, probably Global A’s.
