D3 Publisher has a teaser site up with the typical countdown clock and no other information. Since the company was acquired by Namco Bandai, D3 has been focusing mainly on the otome market. Projects like their Detroit Metal City game were shelved and the quirky Simple Series was put on ice.

On the other hand, D3 Publisher has been quite active in North America developing Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon with Vicious Cycle and announcing a Nintendo 3DS shooter called Dream Trigger 3D. While the countdown site is for Japan, the announcement could be a title already mentioned in North America.
