Recommended Videos

Darksiders II is getting its third downloadable content pack soon, titled “The Demon Lord Belial”. Vigil Games provided a short story summary for the pack today:

Little has been said of the struggles on Earth besides the story given to WAR by the Charred Council. Rumors have now surfaced that perhaps the Third Kingdom was not completely destroyed, and remnants of humanity still yet survive!  It falls upon Death to seek out the truth and unearth a forgotten evil… The Demon Lord Belial.

The Demon Lord Belial pack will take place on a post-apocalyptic Earth, where Death encounters Belial along with the remnants of humanity. The pack will be available on PC, Xbox Live and PSN (US) today. PSN in Europe will see it on December 5th. It costs 800 Microsoft Points / $9.99.

The two other Darksiders II DLC packs released so far are Argul’s Tomb and Abyssal Forge. The former contains two icy dungeons, loot and new boss battles. The latter adds a new gameplay zone called the Shadow Lands, along with new enemies, dungeons and legendary loot.
