Did Behaviour Cancel Wet 2?

After Vivendi folded into Activision, Bethesda picked up and published Wet. This action game starred Rubi, an acrobatic assassin. Behaviour CEO Rémi Racine casually announced Wet 2 right now and Naughty Bear 2 late last year… and Wet 2 may have been canceled sometime this year.

A LinkedIn profile from an ex-Behaviour employee lists Wet 2 as a canceled game. Roughly around March and April 2011, a number of A2M/Behaviour employees working on Wet 2 also left the company and transitioned to nearby studios like Eidos Montreal.

One program details some of the programming – slow motion effects, SPU coding, a hair simulation system, and a linked wind generation system. This programmer is still at Behaviour, but is now working on an unannounced Nintendo 3DS and Wii action game with the same studio.
