The immobile figure will have an approximate height of 18cm (~7 inches) and will faithfully reproduce Dai and his sword, as he prepares to launch his signature Avan Strash technique.

Good Smile Company is also currently working on Dai’s figma. Pre-orders for the action figure were held from December 2020 to January 2021. Those who have placed an order for the 500th figma can expect to see the package shipped in September 2021.

Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai has recently risen to prominence after a new anime adaptation appeared in 2020. The anime is available on Crunchyroll and Hulu in the West. Square Enix has also confirmed that Dai’s mobile game, A Hero’s Bonds, will be available worldwide at a later date. Although the company is also working on a console game titled Infinity Strash, it has yet to confirm a release outside Japan.

The Dai Pop Up Parade Figure from Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai will ship in Japan in October 2021 and North America in November 2021. Pre-orders for the figure are immediately available until June 23, 2021.
