We’re nearly certain Square Enix is bringing over the trilogy of Dragon Quest Nintendo DS remakes to North America. On top of discovering possible subtitles for Dragon Quest IV and Dragon Quest V, I think I have the subtitle for Dragon Quest VI. Square Enix trademarked “The Realms of Reverie” on April 22. Dragon Quest VI has the subtitle Maboroshi no Daichi in Japan which translates to Great Land of Illusion.
The Realms of Reverie sounds like it could be related. Your thoughts?
Now, to patiently wait for an announcement with all three titles properly named to see if we're right…
Update: Alliteration ahoy! Mazen points out something that slipped my mind, great work! The three possible subtitles for the Dragon Quest DS games have a similar feel to them. Take a look:
