Cinemax Games are bringing a first-person dungeon-crawler with real-time combat to the 3DS eShop. Titled The Keep, the game will be released in North America and Europe this month. You can watch a trailer for it above.

The Keep has you doing all of the usual stuff you do in a dungeon-crawler—exploring labyrinths and caves, killing monsters, solving puzzles and avoiding traps. Combat, however, is controlled using the touch screen and buttons, utilizing the 3DS stylus.

The game also has a permadeath option and three difficulty levels, along with a “Save Anywhere” feature, which is nice if you don’t get to sit down and play games for hours at a time.

Finally, you’ll also be able to view text in a variety of languages, depending on where you live.

The U.S. version includes English, Canadian French, Mexican Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Meanwhile, the European version includes English, French, Italian, German and Spanish. Both versions include English voiceovers.

The Keep will be released on September 11th for $12.99 in the U.S. and on September 18th for €9.99 in Europe.
