Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titan will get a downloadable demo in North America. Atlus USA announced this morning that the demo will be available from the Nintendo eShop on February 7th.

The demo will allow the player to go through the game’s opening areas, including the introduction, the Old Forest Mine mini-dungeon, the Windy Plains skyship area, and the parts of the first main dungeon, Lush Woodlands. You’ll also have access to sidequests in the main dungeon, along with the complete set of equipment, skills and classes available in this portion of the full game.

Additionally, the demo will also include a bunch of town facilities such as Guild Card exchanges via QR Code and select QR gifts. As with the Japanese version, all demo progress can be transferred over to the full game.

Etrian Odyssey IV will be released on February 26th both at retail and as a Nintendo eShop download. Launch copies at retail will come with a soundtrack CD and an art book.
