FFVII Remake Tifa Sporty Cheongsam Dress Design Details Shared

Square Enix shared more Final Fantasy VII Remake concept art. This time it doesn’t just focus on a specific character. It also looks at an outfit. During FFVII Remake decisions players make influence the dress Tifa can wear to Don Corneo’s mansion, with one design being billed a Sporty cheongsam. The latest pictures and insight show the concept art for it and discuss her hairstyle.

In the tweet discussing the possible options, it first mentioned that the team had a lot of ideas. A Chocobo bikini and maid outfit were two mentioned. However, developers insisted that Tifa’s hair be in buns should she wear the sporty cheongsam dress in FFVII Remake.

As a reminder, Square Enix announced merchandise of Tifa in her various dresses. One is a static figure, while the other is a Play Arts Kai posable one. Those will debut in July 2023.

As a reminder, Tifa could wear three outfits to Don Corneo’s mansion. In addition to the “sporty” cheongsam, there is an “exotic” kimono and a “mature” evening gown.

Final Fantasy VII Remake is available for the PlayStation 4, while FFVII Remake Intergrade is out on the PlayStation 5 and PC. Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion will release for the Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on December 13, 2022.
