There’s big news available about FFXIV patch 5.5 following the Letter from the Producer LIVE, and it includes a trailer showing off the third NieR: Automata raid, quests, Diamond Weapon trial, and PS5 version. There are essentially a lot of things to come, and they’ll all appear when the first part of the patch appears on April 13, 2021.
When it comes to new quests, there will be multiple ones to go through. There will be new scenario quests, people can continue “Save the Queen,” and “Sorrow of Werlyt” will end. The two new raids will be the third NieR Automata YoRHa: Dark Apocalypse The Tower at Paradigm’s Breach alliance raid and Unreal Leviathan trial. The Diamond Weapon trial is The Cloud Deck. There’s also a Paglth’an Dungeon. Ishgard is still being restored. Explorer Mode will have level 70 dungeons in it now. There will also be bug fixes, job adjustments, and crafter updates.

Final Fantasy XIV is available on the PS4 and PC, with the PS5 beta and patch 5.5 set to debut on April 13, 2021. The Endwalker expansion will appear in Fall 2021. In case you missed it, there was also a new live-action trailer that appeared ahead of FFXIV patch 5.5.
