Square Enix have shared a glimpse of an upcoming May update for Final Fantasy XI. The update will include the following features:

 

  • New Seekers of Adoulin missions
  • High-tier mission battlefields
  • Ergon weapons
  • New alter egos: Maat and Gessho
  • Fellow level cap raised to 99
  • Records of Eminence: New Abyssea objectives
  • Chains bonuses for capacity points
  • New job point categories
  • Food items that affect pets
  • Corsair: Phantom Roll adjustments
  • Blue mage: Job trait adjustments
  • Mog Wardrobe

 

Additionally, Square Enix will hold a 12th anniversary campaign for the game with more features that are listed in the trailer as well.
