Square Enix have released a “restro-spective trailer” for Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, and it runs down the events of the Final Fantasy XIII series using 16-bit art, which actually looks really nice. You can view the trailer below, complete with 16-bit renditions of the Final Fantasy XIII soundtrack.

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII will be available on February 11th in North America and February 14th in Europe for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
