Square Enix announced that both a Final Fantasy XVI art book and postcard book are on the way. The book of postcards will appear first on July 21, 2023. The Art of Final Fantasy XVI will follow on August 22, 2023. Only the Japanese e-Store is showing listings for them at the moment. There’s no worldwide release confirmed yet.

The Final Fantasy XVI Postcard Book will cost 1,500円 (~$11). It will feature B6-sized cards. There will be 33 inside of it. All of the designs will feature major characters and Eikons. The cover shows Clive as a teenager alongside his brother Joshua.

The Art of Final Fantasy XVI will be an A4 size art book. The description doesn’t go over how many pages long it will be. It will feature art that inspired and is based on the game. The cover also features Clive sitting beside Jill.

Square Enix is working on a third Final Fantasy XVI book. There will be an Ultimania entry as well. That won’t arrive in Japan until September 2023.

Final Fantasy XVI will come to the PS5 on June 22, 2023. There will be a six-month exclusivity period. The Final Fantasy XVI postcard book will appear in Japan on July 21, 2023, followed by an art book on August 22, 2023. Worldwide releases haven’t been set yet for either.
