Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3’s upcoming Heroes and Heralds DLC mode adds Ability Cards, which give your characters various additional abilities. Three of these cards are from the Ace Attorney series, with prosecutors Franziska von Karma, Miles Edgeworth and Godot lending their support.
Franziska is an A-rank card, which means it’s rare. Miles is a B, which means he’s slightly less common. Finally, Godot is C-rank, which makes him a common card. In addition to the A, B and C-rank cards, there’s also the extremely rare S-rank.
You can assign three cards to your team at a time. Each card will have a different effect, depending on whether it’s your Primary (main) card or one of the other two secondary cards. The Primary card is indicated by a star, as demonstrated with the Thanos and Juggernaut cards above.
In the case of Franziska, her Primary card ability increases the strength of your attacks as your vitality decreases. Her secondary ability gives you super armour when the timer reaches 30 seconds remaining, and uses HC gauge instead, when you get hit.
