A Pokemon Cafe Mix milestone has been hit. The new puzzle game from Genius Sonority has passed five million downloads. It accomplished this in just under two months, as the game debuted back on June 23, 2020 on the Nintendo Switch and June 24, 2020 on mobile devices. To celebrate, free Pokemon Cafe Mix golden acorns are being sent out to every player.
Here’s how it works. To get your free celebratory rewards, you have to log into the game by August 29, 2020 on any of the applicable devices. When you do, you’ll get a free Pokemon Cafe Mix golden acorn bundle, three Whistle ↔ items, and three Whistle ↕ items. You could then take some of the 5,000 golden acorns you’d get to get three extra turns on challenging puzzles, refill your stamina to keep playing, or use them on items. (Normally, 6,100 golden acorns costs $4.99.)
In addition, there’s another event running in Pokemon Cafe Mix. People can recruit Grookey at the moment. The grass monkey can show up as a Special Customer until August 25, 2020, giving you a chance to recruit the Pokemon Sword and Shield starter.
