Futuristic racer Radial-G saw an update on Steam’s Early Access program this week. The update, which is the first major update made to the game since its December release, adds the following features:

  • Third-person view in non-VR mode
  • 2 new race tracks: Mobius Delta (Advanced) and Dead Zone Alpha (Beginner)
  • 2 new music tracks
  • The ability to change race ships in the game lobby
  • Multiplayer lobby text chat
  • Tweaks and bug fixes

The first full public release of the game will add even more features to the game, with three tracks available per-region, each with a mirrored and reversed version that can be unlocked. It will also allow for 32-player online multiplayer support. This version of the game does not have a release date yet.

In the meantime, you can pick Radial-G up on Early Access for £9.99 / $12.99 / €12.99.
