Microsoft have shared the first gameplay footage from Gears of War 4, which is in development for Xbox One. The game is slated for release in 2016, and you can watch the footage above.
Microsoft also announced Gears of War: Ultimate Edition for Xbox One, which contains the first Gears of War game with five campaign chapters that were not available on Xbox 360. It will run in 1080p at 60fps on Xbox One.
Additionally, Gears of War: Ultimate Edition will unlock early access to a Gears of War 4 multiplayer beta, which is planned for 2016.
