Genshin Impact December 2022 Calendar Stars Ganyu, Shows Birthdays

A new month is about to begin, which means HoYoVerse prepared a new image. The Japanese Twitter account shared the Genshin Impact December 2022 calendar, complete with Ganyu as the featured character and a host of birthdays. It continues the trend set with past calendars of showing chibi versions of characters’ faces on their birthdays. Also, new folks like Dori, Layla, Nilou, and Tighnari appear.

First, here’s a closer look at the Genshin Impact December 2022 calendar.
Genshin Impact December 2022 Calendar Stars Ganyu, Birthdays

As for the December birthdays, Ganyu got to be the “star” Genshin Impact character as hers came first. It is December 2nd. Here’s the full list of birthdays coming up this month. If you show up in-game that day, you get a “gift” in your mailbox from the character with items like their favorite meal.

  • December 2nd: Ganyu
  • December 3rd: Nilou
  • December 19th: Layla
  • December 21st: Dori
  • December 29th: Tighnari
  • December 31st: Zhongli

It is unknown how these calendars will work when January 2023 comes around. The very first one, back in January 2022, kicked off the trend with the first character whose birthday came up would be the “star” of the calendar.

Genshin Impact is available for the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices. The 3.3 update will appear on December 7, 2022. The current Childe and Yae Miko rerun banners will appear until December 6, 2022.
