Genshin Impact Epic Games Store Debut Set for June

There will be a new way to get Genshin Impact soon, and that’s via Epic Games Store. On June 9, 2021, miHoYo confirmed it will appear on the storefront. Previously, if someone wanted to play on PCs, they would have to get the launcher directly from miHoYo. There will also be a “free bonus bundle.”

It’s uncertain what might be in the announced free reward package. However, after people log into the game, they can enter “GenshinEpic” to claim it. In the past, redeeming similar codes netted people things like Primogems to spend on the gacha, Mora to spend in shops and on upgrading characters, and experience items.

June 9, 2021 is a big day for Genshin Impact in many ways. That’s when update 1.6 will arrive. It will add some summer events to the game. Character costumes for Barbara and Jean will appear. There will also be a Klee rerun banner and one introducing the first Inazuma character, Kazuha. Quality of life additions will appear as well.

Genshin Impact is available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, and mobile devices. A Nintendo Switch version is in development. However, it doesn’t have a release date yet. Genshin Impact will appear on Epic Games Store for PCs on June 9, 2021.
