The Pokémon Company has announced how the special demo for Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will be distributed in North America. The demo, they say, will be available to those that have a Pokémon Trainer Club account and have opted to receive the official Trainer Club newsletter.
An e-mail will be sent to these users containing a serial code that can be used in the Nintendo eShop to download the special demo. If you don’t have a Trainer Club account, you can go create one now at this link, and if you do it by October 19th, you’ll be eligible to receive a demo code in the October 21st newsletter.
Among other features, the demo will allow you to battle with Sceptile, Blaziken and Swampert, and see their Mega Evolved forms in action. Whichever of the three Pokémon you choose as your partner will be able to learn their Ultimate Moves, and let you experience those early as well. More information on Ultimate Moves can be found here.
Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will be available in North America on November 21st. Other methods of how to receive a serial code for the special demo will be announced soon.
