To say that Gran Turismo 5 has seen more than a few speed bumps along the course of its development wouldn’t be an exaggeration. The game has seen several delays for a variety of reasons, with the latest one being announced a mere three weeks before release.

In a recent interview, however, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Sony Computer Entertainment America, Peter Dille, he assured us the game was still on track for a pre-Christmas release.

That date is closer than you think. Gran Turismo 5 is releasing in North America toward the end of this month, in fact, on November 24th on the PlayStation 3.
