Grand Knights History takes place in Listia, a European-inspired continent, and is about a war between the lands of Union, Avalon and Logres. You have to align yourself with one of the three factions and can can create different kinds of characters for your party in the game.

Each character class comes in three varieties, each with their own differences. Race, gender, sub-class and weapon type are customizable as well. Xseed mention that the game’s online battle mode will be present in the localized release as well, and that you won’t require a constant Internet connection to use it.
