Gungnir Makes Its Video Debut

Recommended Videos

Sting and Atlus have two RPGs in development together: Gungnir and Gloria Union. Famitsu ran a debut trailer for the former today, which you can watch above.

The trailer introduces a few characters we’ve already talked about: Julio (a Fencer class), who’s the game’s protagonist, Alyssa, a timid girl with a mysterious past, Elise (a Valkyrie class), and Ragnus, Julio’s step-brother.

Gungnir is a turn-based strategy RPG with a tactical gauge system that allows you to change the  order of turns in battle. You may recall that Radiant Historia allows for something similar with its own battle system.

As always, you can read more about the game using our Gungnir tag. April 14th will see the release of a demo on the PlayStation Network in Japan if you’re keen on taking a Japanese build of the game for a spin.
