Back in December, Nintendo of Europe released their schedule of upcoming games, which had Pandora’s Tower listed for a Q2 2012 release. This could have meant anytime during the April – June period, but it turns out that Europeans won’t have to wait too long at all.
Pandora’s Tower has been scheduled for release on April 13th, Nintendo of Europe announced today. Like Xenoblade Chronicles and The Last Story, the game’s characters have been renamed for the localized version.
Ceres, the girl that feeds on monster meat, is called Elena. Ende, the player character who builds a relationship with Elena, is called Aeron. Finally, Graiai, the merchant who assists the two of them throughout the game (and gives Aeron his Oraclos chain), has been changed to Mavda.
NOE are big on the game’s multiple endings, pointing out the relationship-building system between Elena and Aeron. Items that you discover while taking on the towers in the game can either be used to take on the game’s bosses, or given to Elena as gifts to strengthen your relationship with her.
