Hello Kitty Island Adventure Gudetama Update Adds Nisetama-san

The latest Hello Kitty Island Adventure update is live on Apple Arcade, and it involves more Gudetama items and Nisetama-san. May 2024 is now the Month of Meh in honor of the egg, adding new events tied to the character.

There’s no official patch notes for the event going over the new additions. However, Gudetama and Nisetama-san will appear during a special event running throughout the month. People can get a new furniture set starring the lazy egg. There are also new pieces of clothing. Previously, the only items were tied to taking photos of Gudetamas around the islands. You can also take daily photos with Nisetama-san. All of these appear on the main island in the Resort Plaza area, with a temporary golden Gudetama shrine on the beach as a centerpiece for taking part in the event.

More permanently, new egg-related recipes will be present in Hello Kitty Island Adventure in honor of Gudetama. The Egg Pan Station can now be found in the Gemstone Mountain area. It seems you’ll need to keep up with chickens for eggs for it.

Here’s the trailer showing us what to expect in the latest update.

While Nisetama-san isn’t a permanent neighbor, someone new did show up back in February 2024. Wish me Mell joined the cast.

Hello Kitty Island Adventure is available for the Mac and Apple devices via Apple Arcade, and the Month of Meh Gudetama event runs until May 31, 2024.
