The Best Teams in FFVII Ever Crisis
The defining factors for most characters in FFVII Ever Crisis are their Limit Break. Due to the Materia system, any character can equip almost any skill so long as it isn’t unique to a character specific weapon. This means that certain characters will be essential when it comes to tackling more difficult content, or if you want to test your teams against Missions and Solo Content that are well above your Power Level.
Best Solo Content Team (Farming)
The best Solo Content team when it comes to farming is Cloud, Zack, and Aerith. This is mostly due to the fact that Cloud and Zack can deal a very large amount of damage fairly quickly, with Aerith providing support with extra magic damage or healing your party. Her Limit Break Healing Wind means that she is great on any team. This also means that you’ll see her a lot on this list. If you’re looking to clear Solo Content quickly, just slap some AoE Materia weapons onto your characters if you’re lucky enough to have pulled some from the gacha banners.

Best Solo Content Team (Dungeons)
Now this is where it gets a bit more complicated in terms of who you want to take along as your primary damage dealer. Again, Aerith is invaluable here and she should be part of your team when heading into Dungeons. This is because she can heal and Regen your party with her Limit Break. This is handy to have around even if you have a character with a Cure Materia equipped. Mostly because she can provide that extra group heal during boss fights.
Red XIII and Tifa are also great in Dungeons because their Limit Breaks reduce the stats of enemies. Red XIII for example, can P ATK (Physical Attack) and M ATK (Magic Attack) a single enemy. Tifa can reduce the M DEF (Magic Defense) and P DEF (Physical Defense) of single enemy. For this reason, they are great to have for Dungeons, which usually end in some kind of boss fight.
Best Story Party Team
Once you unlock the feature, players can choose to play the Story content with a team of their choice. Much like Dungeons, there will be Boss encounters here, which means you may want a characters like Tifa or Red XIII on your team. Again, you can basically sub in any character like Cloud, Zack, Barrett, Matt, Lucia, and Glenn as your primary damage dealer. Aerith will always be a given, if you need that extra bit of support.
