Relics are some of the more obscure collectibles you can get in Atelier Yumia. These relics are quite difficult to find, as they are only available in certain locations. When it comes to the Mossy Forest Relic, in particular, in Atelier Yumia, this one is a challenge in its own right to find.
Where to Find Relics
The tough part about relics is that the game doesn’t explain well how to get them. These are special materials you can only find in ruins. Ruins are the large markers on the map, like the one above. You want to head to these locations if you would like to get relics. That said, relics are not the main purpose of these ruins.
The main purpose is to find all of the switches and trigger them. This can be through interacting with them, shooting them with Yumia’s gun, and so on. In general, there are around three switches per ruins site for you to find. Finding all three of these will allow you to obtain relics there.
How to Get the Mossy Forest Relic in Atelier Yumia
How you go about obtaining relics once you trigger all three switches in a ruins is by running a long-range scan using Flammi. This will then reveal several material gathering sites within the ruins that you couldn’t access before. These material sites are where you get relics. The thing is, though, you get different types of relics from different locations.
When it comes to the Mossy Forest Relic, in particular, in Atelier Yumia, you are going to want to look at ruins in the Linnaeus Region. This is the initial region you visit in the open-world game. If you are trying to complete the Pioneering Efforts for this region, you will need to find five of these relics in total in this region.
