How to Make a Grass Sickle in Atelier Ryza 3

While some of the gathering tools in Atelier Ryza 3 can basically be made the second you get to Pixie Forest, the Grass Sickle is one that can take a bit more time. That’s because you’ll need to take part in your first fight against a Giant Weasel in Pixie Forest before you can craft one and make Polishing Powder.

The “tricky” item to get here is the Giant Bone. This is a drop from Giant Weasel encounters. While they typically roam all over the Pixie Forest and other areas, the first time you head into the area it is pretty peaceful. So you need to wait for that fight.

As for the Polishing Powder, that’s easy enough to make. You need a Nectar Rock, which you get from hitting a Pixie Forest rock with Ryza’s staff, and Soft Sand, which you can grab from the ground, to make it. If you use Put Soft Sand in the Effect 1 spot and Nectar Rock in Effect 2 one while at Ryza’s cauldron, you’ll be able to create it.

As for the Atelier Ryza 3 Grass Sickle, put the Large Bone the Effect 1 space. Then, put the Polishing Powder in the Effect 2 one. Choose to make it. After that, add it to your on-hand equipment by going to Items in the main game menu, and you’re all set. You’ll find this item works best when used on grasses, bushes, and trees in the field.

Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key is available for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.
