“Instinct” Allows Agent 47 To Predict Enemy Paths In Hitman Absolution

Last month, Square Enix released a 17-minute video walkthrough of one of the stages in Hitman Absolution. Now, we have a version of that same video accompanied by commentary from game director, Tore Blystad, and gameplay director, Christian Elverdam. Take a look:

A new infra-red vision feature called ā€œInstinctā€ allows Agent 47 to see enemies through walls, as well as the paths theyā€™re going to be walking along. It was a feature that was added once the team felt that the gameā€™s AI was getting too hard to handle.
