Is CyberConnect2 resurrecting Tail Concerto?

Before CyberConnect2 became known for the .hack series, they released Tail Concerto on the PsOne. The setting in Tail Concerto was unique, dogs, cats, a war and mecha. Atlus picked up the game for a North American release, but even though it was localized sales of Tail Concerto weren’t anything to write home about.

Out of nowhere CyberConnect2 posted a revival link to the old Tail Concerto page and simultaneously announced two new projects. One game is coming to the Nintendo DS and it is CyberConnect2’s first Nintendo DS project. The platform for the second secret project is still a mystery. For their DS project they have a teaser image with anthropomorphic characters and mecha in the same picture, which seems to be a hint that the DS game is part of the Tail Concerto universe. However, there are a few clues that the game might be related to the .hack series instead. The flyer mentions, “- To the world!! -” and the world was the name of the virtual space featured in the .hack series. Another odd clue is the character in the bottom right hand picture is wearing the same outfit as Kite, the protagonist of the four part .hack series.

Is this an unannounced .hack game? A new Tail Concerto game? Or a melting pot for the two franchises?
