It’s Now Easier to Recruit Missed Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia Characters

When it comes to collecting Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia characters, it isn’t too difficult to build up your roster. You never have to pay for new party members, as they’re all earned. However, things are now even easier in the global version, thanks to the 1.14 March 1, 2020 update. You can now recruit characters if you use weapon tokens to trade for their equipment.

Typically, you get new Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia characters from actually playing the game. Going through the campaign chapters unlocks people as you complete missions. Event chapters available for a limited time let you recruit newly added characters. When Lost Chapters are added, those previously temporary events are made available permanently in their own section. However, in the past an update made it possible to recruit someone you hadn’t come across yet via any of these means by pulling their weapon during a gacha. That was random though, as while a 10+1 pull does guarantee you a five-star weapon, you still don’t know whose you will get.

This update adds token trading as a means of unlocking Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia characters. Weapon tokens are often given away as a free bonus or reward. People can then trade them for characters’ 15CP or 35CP weapons, allowing them a guaranteed means of getting the items they want. Since new characters’ weapons can be acquired via trading in tokens when they join the game, this means people who have missed or don’t have time to participate in events could perform a trade to immediately bolster their roster. As long as you are trading weapon tokens for one of that characters’ pieces of equipment for the first time, you can add someone you don’t already have to your party.

Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia is available for Android and Apple iOS devices. Some of the most recently added characters include Final Fantasy VI’s Gau and Final Fantasy XV’s Aranea and Ignis.
