Kekkaishi To Air On Adult Swim

Recommended Videos

Since its debut, Kekkaishi has been one of the more successful manga series in Japan of late, and in 2007, it won the Shogakukan Manga Award for the shounen category. Soon after, an anime was greenlight and, like the manga, was licensed by Viz Media in North America.

Viz have now licensed the series to Adult Swim. It begins airing in the U.S. on May 29th. For anyone that might be interested, the music for Kekkaishi is composed by Taku Iwasaki, who worked on the fantastic soundtracks for both the original Rurouni Kenshin OVA and Witch Hunter ROBIN.
