We’ve already seen a trailer for Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix (watch it here, in case you missed it), and now we have the first screenshots of the game, courtesy Famitsu.com, who posted a few along with an interview with series creator, Tetsuya Nomura. You can find some of them below, and more here.

As previously reported from Famitsu’s interview with Nomura, Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix will use Sora’s model from Kingdom Hearts 3D. The gameplay, according to Nomura, has also been adjusted to play more similarly to Kingdom Hearts II.

Speaking of Kingdom Hearts II, Nomura also hinted that Square Enix will follow Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix up with an HD remastered version of Kingdom Hearts II at some point. He also mentioned that Square wanted to do a remake of Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, but didn’t have the time to make it happen.
