Mario Kart Arcade GP DX, the latest game in the Mario Kart arcade series, is coming to arcades in the U.S. next year, according to an Arcade Heroes report (via: Polygon).

Mario Kart Arcade GP DX was tested and released in Japan this past summer. The game features ten courses and includes new mechanics that were introduced in Mario Kart 7, such as underwater racing and gliding. It also allows you to turn into a tank and features extra playable characters like Pac-Man and Don-chan from Taiko Drum Master.
