Metal Gear Solid Movie Announced At 25th Anniversary Event

Konami are holding a Metal Gear Solid 25th anniversary celebration in Japan today, and Famitsu.com reports that series creator, Hideo Kojima, announced a Metal Gear Solid movie at the event.

 

The movie is going to be helmed by someone you’re likely familiar with—Avi Arad, who is best known for having overseen a number of Marvel projects across both television and the big screen.

 

The Metal Gear Solid movie will be released by Columbia Pictures.
