Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain Coming To Xbox One

Konami debuted a new trailer for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain  at Microsoft’s E3 press conference this morning, showing off gameplay footage from the upcoming game.

 

The trailer also featured characters in the game, including returning characters like Kaz from Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes and a new villain named Skull Face.

 

Among the highlighted features mentioned were the following:

 

  • Realistic passage of time
  • Realtime weather
  • Various nodes of transport
  • Dynamic close-quarters combat

 

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will be released for Xbox One with SmartGlass functionality built in, Hideo Kojima announced after the trailer.
