Mikage LLC., the company led by former Imageepoch head Ryoei Mikage, has trademarked the term ’99girls Bullseye’ in Japan. Mikage LLC. is currently developing Criminal Girls X, the latest game in the Criminal Girls series that will be released in 2020 on smartphones. The name trademark has been filed for video game, smartphone use, console game, computer program uses, and more.
Considering the name, it could be something related to the above title, although there are only 24 heroines in that game. Another possibility is another original project that is geared towards overseas fans in cooperation with Aksys Games, which Mikage revealed in December 2079. More details on this title are set to be announced in July 2020.
Finally, there is also the strategy-RPG that was teased in September 2019, which may or may not be the same game as the one teased in December. As details are scarce, it’s hard to say for certain just yet.
