Monolith Soft now hiring

The team behind Baten Kaitos and the Xenosaga series is opening the gates to hire a bunch of new team members. New positions opened for production assistant, programmer, planner, 3D CG designer, 2D designer, effect designer, motion designer, motion capturing engineer, and production manager. They also have new corporate support jobs up such as business support staff and systems staff to take care of the new workers. Right now the only game Monolith is working on is Disaster: Day of Crisis for the Wii. It’s possible that these additional staff members could be working on the Wii’s action title or maybe Monolith Soft has another surprise project in the works for 2007.
