More Final Fantasy remakes to be announced at Tokyo Game Show?

At Tokyo Game Show Square-Enix is going to have a Final Fantasy 20th Anniversary movie where they are going to give a look back at the series and mention plans for any related titles. This would be the perfect opportunity for Square-Enix to announce any other remakes of Final Fantasy V or Final Fantasy VI. So far their announced list isn’t showing anything out of the blue besides Tobal M. Also Dragon Quest IX and Final Fantasy XIII are not marked as playable. Square-Enix has to blow everyone out of the water with something and new remakes would fit the bill nicely.

While brand new games like the Last Remnant will not be playable, the Final Fantasy IV remake and Dragon Quest IV remake will be. Final Fantasy IV is scheduled to come out in 2007 and Dragon Quest IV is going to matriculate in the winter, which probably means Q1 2008.
